How do I make photos like that? Michelangelo said for sculpturing: "Carving is easy, you just go down to the skin and stop". It's about the same here (except that your working place is Photoshop, you have your pic instead of marble block and your main tool is eraser) - just erase everything that you don't want and stop :)).
